Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Socially.so Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
1.2 Participation is void where prohibited by law incase of sanctioned countries by EU
1.3 You must have a valid bank account or other payment method to receive commissions.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 You must provide accurate and complete account information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining your affiliate links, ensuring they are correct and functional.
2.3 You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals.
2.4 You may not represent yourself as an employee, partner, or agent of Socially.so.

3. Affiliate Links

3.1 Socially.so will provide you with unique affiliate links to track referrals.
3.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring your affiliate links are properly integrated and used in compliance with these Terms.

4. Commissions

4.1 Commission rates will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard or provided via email.
4.2 Commissions are earned only for completed and verified purchases made through your affiliate link.
4.3 Payments will be processed fortnightly once you meet the minimum payout threshold of 50$
4.4 Socially.so reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent activity.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertisements, or unauthorised offers to promote their affiliate links.
5.2 Affiliates may not bid on Socially.so trademarks or brand-related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
5.3 Affiliates or their group members may not post affiliate links on websites or platforms, facebook groups that promote illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content that harm the reputation of the company. The company reserves the right to inform the affiliate partner to take-down the deal/comments by any members it finds harmful,offensive for its reputation.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
6.2 Socially.so reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for violating these Terms or engaging in unethical practices.
6.3 Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the affiliate dashboard and will forfeit any unpaid commissions earned after the date of termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Affiliates may use Socially.so-approved banners, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.
7.2 Unauthorised use of Socially.so's trademarks, logos, or content is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Any non-public information including email exchanges between affiliate & socially.so team shared with you by Socially.so must remain confidential and cannot be shared by either parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Socially.so is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participating in the affiliate program.
9.2 Participation is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg & Singapore.

11. Amendments

11.1 Socially.so reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, with prior notice provided via email or the affiliate dashboard.
