Processing of Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will generally process your refund within 7 days or less. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the full amount you have paid. Although we try our best to process refunds in a timely manner, PayPal or your financial institution can take up to 3 weeks to reflect the refund in your bank or PayPal account.

Please note: we may time to time open special offer of our services and partner with marketplace platforms to promote & sell these services at discounted rate or with special offers, if you have purchased through marketplace platform or any other platform other than directly from socially.so, please connect with support or helpdesk of those platforms directly, as all refunds, billing, termination are arranged and managed by them.

Billing, Termination, Cancellation and Refund on Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions

The SOCIALLY products are offered on monthly and yearly subscriptions, which entitle the original purchaser access to the products for a period of exactly 1 month/1 year from the date of purchase. 

The purchaser agrees to pay all fees in effect when incurred. You will be billed for your subscription in advance at the time of purchase and the subscription will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled. If you cancel your services, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. This means we won’t be able to refund you for early contract cancellation.

If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount. 

SOCIALLY has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently blacklisted and barred from use of the Service. Any past due fees and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies. If SOCIALLY terminates your account because of a violation of our terms of service, SOCIALLY will not refund any portion of your license fees.

Cancelling my subscription

  1. If you are a Consumer, the law allows you to change your mind, cancel your subscription, and receive a refund within 14 days of our email to you confirming your subscription to the Paid Services. You may exercise this right by sending an email to globalops@socially.lu. Nothing in these terms deprives you of this right, but if you cancel your subscription after we have started providing you with the Paid Services, you may have to pay us for the Paid Services we provided to you up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just send us an email and we’ll make sure that your subscription is cancelled and that you don’t get billed on the next billing cycle. 

  1. You may cancel your access to the Paid Services and close your Account at any time via the Services or by contacting us at globalops@socially.lu. Your access to the Paid Services will continue until 23:59 on the final day of your subscription period. You must cancel your access to the Paid Services at least 14 days before the next renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

  2. When you cancel your subscription, and your current subscription expires, your product license will no longer be active. This means that if the product license is no longer active, you will lose access to all future software updates including:

  • Important Security Updates

  • Performance Improvement Updates

  • Feature Enhancements 

  • New Product Features 

  • Latest Product Versions

This also means that you will lose access to our 24/7 customer service team. So when you need our help with your website, we will unfortunately no longer be able to assist you. 


We may cancel, suspend, restrict, or disable your use of or access to parts or all of the Services:

  1. if you fail to comply with the Community Rules;

  2. if you fail to pay any applicable Fees payable; or

  3. if you are a Trader and you materially breach any of these Terms.

    I did not receive my refund

    Please double check with your bank, PayPal or credit card. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for your financial institution to fully process the refund.

    If you have contacted your financial institution and are still unable to solve the problem, please open a new ticket via our Help Desk and our team will assist you.
